T: I need a new suit pretty bad.  If I’m going to get one, I think a three piece would be bad ass.  Does anyone know where I could get an affordable three-piece?

T: Jon Hamm shows you how to be really really ridiculously good looking.  If you plan on buying a suit this summer for wedding season, I would go with a blue one a little bit darker than the one above.  Also, just a heads up, mini gingham (the pattern on the shirt) will be everywhere this spring. 

T: This is how your suit and you dress shirt should fit. 

Every guy should have at least one white shirt in their closet for formal events and for any time when general handsomeness is required (see above).  Mine is from Brooks Brothers and I keep that thing crisp (but not crispy). 

The New York Times did an article about white dress shirts that you can read here.  As the article says:

“It’s the universal garment. It takes no brains and no style to make a white shirt look good — as long as it’s clean and it fits.”

You should also read the article because it mentions our man Seph, founder of Proper Cloth.  Just Saying. 

T: Love Paul Rudd but his pants here are way too long. 

If you are a shorter guy, too long pants will make you look even shorter. 

If you are a stocky guy, too long pants will make you look even stockier.

If you are neither of these things, you should still buy pants that fit.  That means that they should have very little break (break means the fold that happens when the pant leg falls on top of your shoe).
